Anyone can do Martialrobics(c). No previous experience in Martial Arts, Boxing, Boxercise or Aerobics is necessary. Through a series of very simple movements, students are able to learn the various punching and kicking techniques used in Martialrobics(c) combined with aerobic movements and exercises to tone the core mid section area of your body.

Many men find the movements in a Martialrobics(c) class far more appealing than a conventional Aerobics class. As this maybe due to the fact that they find the techniques far more suitable and more martial artistic in nature and the combined core mid section work to get that six pack of muscles, women love being motivated by the punching and kicking moves and working hard that mid section to get a more flatter and more toned abdominal area.  Many of the women in classes are motivated to do Martialrobics(c) as it presents a welcome alternative to the traditional aerobics classes that they have been following for many years. They particularly like the toning effect on the hips and thighs, of the kicking techniques.
